Delivery times and regions
Courier delivery takes up to 12 days, depending on your location.
We offer free shipping in the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden.
Delivery to Norway is at a discounted price and its cost at the time of policy creation is €39€ or 469 NOK.

If your country is not listed, but it is among our partner DPD's countries – please contact us and we will likely be able to deliver the product.

We compensate you 25–50% of the DPD Private or DPD parcel machine shipping cost.

Delivery restrictions!
Please note that we can only send cutting boards sized 40×30 cm to parcel machines!
Cutting boards sized 55×40 cm are sent only by DPD Private courier, as the package is wider than the DPD parcel machine hatch dimensions – our package: 65×45×6 cm, parcel machine opening: 60×43×8 cm.

Tracking and notifications
Our logistics partner DPD will send you an email with tracking information and delivery date.

Return conditions
Since the product is made to order, it is not returnable unless the transport company has damaged it and confirms the damage.
DPD compensates up to 265€ for sending via parcel machine and up to 520€ for delivery via DPD Private.
If the package is damaged but the product itself is intact, returning the product is also not possible.
